They were sweating and with panic tried to kick everyone out. Real Scum and still did not return my defective laptop the day after purchase promising they have a 14 day policy. It's clear these guys buy broken stuff from craigslist. I should have read this before buying anything from them. They are shady and lie about everything. Has their mom working at the front desk. I have had great dealings with them I have bought a few things from them, like my keyboard and mouse, I bought a great 400 watt logitech sound system that rocks!!!! I liked the keyboard soo much i got anouther for my other computer. Got a wireless headset and so on i have not had any trouble with them except they are not very helpful at times but if you ask them they will help you. What do you want them to do when you had the computer for a month and it crashed. As you said you took a chance and that computer's time was up. How do they know you didn't abuse it in that month. I have returned things there....... but not a month later. If you don't want any problems with your computer pay the big bucks and get a new one. You thould tell your mom...... she might care.
