		<description>yeah, sometimes customer support is not as good as the word sounds. These guys are just programmed dummies who tell what they are told without the slightest thought. As said, clerks are jerks, talk to the manager directly :)</description>

		<description>Another friend of mine bought a dell laptop, and also had to return it because it was crashing.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I've been using Dell desktops at work the last few years, and no complaints. It appears they don't put as much into their laptops as they do their desktops.</description>
