I purchased a used laptop the other day, from some retailer I found on craigslist.org.
Seemed ok, except they told me on the phone I’d have a 7-day gaurantee, and that I could pay with a check. When I showed up niether was the case. Oh well, so I paid with visa, and took a chance on the laptop having problems.
So far everything seems to work ok, except the left-shift key is not functioning 100%. It was almost perfect.
I paid $260 for a P-III 450mhz, 256mb ram, and 12gb harddrive, with an 802.11b wireless card.
Not bad, but not great either, considering The shifT KEy doEsn’t woRK!!
