GUI Developer for a permanent opportunity in Bay area, CA. Full time GUI Developer to join our team knit from the disciplines of usability, psychology, interaction design, graphic design, and information design. You must be self-motivated and able to work both independently and in conjunction with team members and product groups. Enthusiasm and flexibility to work on a variety of projects are necessary, as well as the ability to rapidly acquire new domain familiarity. Must be able to read a detailed spec and convert a wire frame into a production-level JSP page complete with rich client-side interaction. Must be able to spot slight inconsistencies and visual dissonance (e.g. misalignment by a few pixels). This position requires demonstrated mastery of modern web-development techniques and prior experience working with large-scale dynamic web applications
