After 7 years of use, I’ve decided to leave Yahoo Mail (read why).

One more note to those new users, if you want to depend on them, and decide down the road you want to leave, in order to forward your yahoo email to you new email address, you have to pay $19.99/year for as long as you want mail forwarding.

Typically, this is provided for free with a .forward file on most email providers. I understand the business reasons, but it sucks, because I can’t rid myself of yahoo completely. Either pay $20/year or keep checking yahoo mail in addition to my new alumni association email account.
